8-week group Heart Circle experiences are available in person or by phone/skype for those who aren't able to make it to the Kent or Cornwall area.

 

The Heart Circles are often done after an introductory workshop so that the members are familiar with the Heart Circle container. Alternatively they are conducted as a 'learning how to heart circle' experience. At the end of these, the aim is that each member can create their own two person heart circle if they want to.

Q: How many in a group?

A: Anything from 2 - 8 people plus the facilitator.

 

Q: How long is each Heart Circle?

A: They usually run for 2 hours but the members can agree on a longer

     time at the first HC meeting if they want to. It will obviously affect the cost.

 

Q: How often do HC groups meet?

A: Usually once a week. It is possible to make this fortnightly if everyone prefers but 

     not less than this. If the meetings are too far apart it affects the resonance and

     safety of the energetic container.

 

Q: Can the group meet in person while you, the facilitator is on skype?

A: No, I have tried this and it simply doesn't work this way. Each person in the circle

    must be in the same situation - either in person, on the phone and unable to see each other or on

    zoom individually with video on, enabling us to see each other.

 

Q: Is it better in person than on the phone?

A: No, it's just different. In person, being able to read faces and be present physically

    feels good, but over zoom you will get to hone your skills of reading and feeling

    the energetic presence of each other.

 

Q: How much does it cost?

A: The 8 week course costs £150 per person for groups of 5 or more.

    Groups of 3 or 4 pay £200 each for the 8 week course.

 

Q: What if there are only two of us?

A: When there are two people we usually run for between 1 1/2 and 2 hours. The cost is 

    £295 each for the 8 week course.

Q: What if I want an individual course?

A: To have a private eight-week course (1 1/4 hours each session) would be the same as individual coaching sessions - £400

 

Q: What happens during the 8 week group course?

A: The first five circles centre around becoming familiar with the experience of the five

    ways of being - clear, present, real, connected and heart-directed (life-directed). The last three are

    run as organic heart circles.
